
OBJECTIVE:
To determine the level of customer satisfaction of existing
system owners.
METHODOLOGY: Mailing with return
questionnaires over a six month period to new customers from
Solar Industries warranty cards.
RETURN SAMPLE: Results were
gathered from more then 400 responses.
RELIABILITY: Plus or minus 4%
RESULTS:
- 92% said they
were completely satisfied with their purchase.
- 90% told us
they would recommend the system.
- 99% said the
price was competitive with other heating options.
- 70% said their
primary reason for buying a solar pool heating system was
for a warm pool. Quality and service after the sale also
rated high in the buying decision.
